Warranty policy.

FAYA cables come with a one-year replacement warranty, provided by Spreadit Sourcing Limited. If your cable develops a fault, contact hello@myfaya.co.uk so we can help.
Your one-year cover
This warranty covers faults in a FAYA cable’s materials or manufacture arising during normal use within one year of delivery. For an accepted warranty claim, we replace the faulty cable. You do not need to register a separate warranty account: retain your order confirmation or other proof of purchase and delivery.
For a pack containing more than one cable, tell us which cable or cables are affected. You do not need to stop using the unaffected cables if they are undamaged and working normally.
How to make a claim
- Email your name, order reference or other proof of purchase, where you bought the product and when it arrived.
- Describe the fault, the device and charger used, and any checks you have already made. Photos may help if there is visible damage; do not continue using a damaged cable to produce evidence.
- We will review the information and explain any further checks, return instructions and replacement arrangements. Contact us before posting anything so we can confirm the correct return address and postage arrangements.
Do not include your password, payment-card details or unrelated personal information. We will not ask you to disclose your account password to make a claim.
Safe use and troubleshooting
Use a compatible USB-C device and charger. A 60W rating is a maximum: the power delivered depends on the whole charging setup. A device charging below 60W does not by itself indicate a cable fault. See our charging guide for help.
Stop using a cable if it has exposed wiring, damaged connectors, unusual heat or signs of burning. Do not attempt repairs or modify it. Contact us rather than repeatedly testing a damaged product.
What this warranty does not cover
The replacement warranty covers product faults, rather than loss, theft, cosmetic wear that does not affect operation, or damage caused by an accident, misuse or modification. We assess the cause of a reported problem; these exclusions do not remove any remedy you are entitled to by law.
Changing your mind about an otherwise working product is handled under the relevant cancellation and returns rights, not as a warranty fault. See our Terms & conditions or contact your seller.
Purchases through Amazon or another retailer
Include that retailer’s order reference and proof of purchase when contacting us. Delivery problems, cancellations and retailer refunds should also be raised through the seller’s order-support process. FAYA can help with product questions and this warranty.
Your statutory rights remain
The warranty is an additional benefit, not a replacement for your rights against the seller. Depending on the circumstances, the law may entitle you to a repair, replacement or refund, including after this warranty expires. You are not required to accept a warranty replacement instead of a refund where you have a legal right to one.
