SHOPPING WITH FAYA
Terms & conditions.
Last updated: 25 October 2026
These terms cover myfaya.co.uk and orders placed directly through this website. FAYA is owned and operated by Spreadit Sourcing Limited. Contact us at hello@myfaya.co.uk.
1. The current checkout service
Our website currently lets you save an unpaid order to your customer account. Payments and carrier booking are not connected. Saving an order is not acceptance of a paid purchase, does not reserve stock and does not create an obligation to pay. An order reference confirms that your request has been recorded, not that your goods have been dispatched.
Before we accept payment, we will confirm availability, the final price including applicable taxes and delivery, delivery arrangements and the terms of the sale. You can decide whether to proceed. No delivery date is promised by saving an unpaid order.
2. Products, prices and quantities
The current FAYA cable pack contains three black, two-metre USB-C to USB-C cables rated up to 60W. Charging performance depends on your device and charger. Check the product specifications before ordering; do not assume support for a data-transfer speed or video output that we have not specified.
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling. The cart shows a product subtotal; delivery is not included until a charge has been confirmed. We check prices when an unpaid order is saved and ask you to review a changed price. The website currently allows up to ten packs per order. Contact us about larger quantities.
3. Your customer account
Provide accurate contact and delivery information and keep your password private. A verified email address is required to save an order. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. You must not misuse the website, attempt to access another customer’s information or interfere with its operation.
Updating a saved address does not change an existing order. Contact us promptly if an order’s delivery details need correcting. You can view and cancel an unpaid order from your account.
4. Delivery
Website checkout currently accepts UK addresses. Orders will ship from Warrington, with the delivery service, cost and estimated timing confirmed before payment. Carrier tracking will only be shown once a carrier integration is available.
For completed consumer purchases, goods must normally be delivered within 30 days unless another period has been agreed. We remain responsible for goods until they reach you or someone you nominate, subject to any statutory exception for a carrier you independently appoint.
5. Cancellation and returns
An unpaid order can be cancelled without charge. For an eligible online consumer purchase, you may also cancel without giving a reason until 14 days after delivery. Tell us within that period, then return the goods within a further 14 days. Email hello@myfaya.co.uk with your order reference and your decision to cancel.
For a qualifying cancellation, we refund the product price and standard outbound delivery. Any premium above standard delivery is not refundable. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. A lawful deduction may apply for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods. Any return postage you must pay will be disclosed before a paid purchase; this page does not impose an undisclosed return charge.
You may use this cancellation wording, but do not have to: “To Spreadit Sourcing Limited, hello@myfaya.co.uk: I wish to cancel my purchase of [goods], order [reference], ordered on [date] / received on [date]. My name and address are [details]. Date: [date].” Contact us for the appropriate return address; do not send goods to an unconfirmed address.
6. Faults and warranty
Goods must meet your statutory rights, including being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Contact us about a fault so we can arrange the appropriate remedy. Our one-year replacement warranty is additional to those rights and does not restrict them.
If you bought through Amazon or another retailer, that seller’s order, delivery and returns process applies to that purchase. You can still contact FAYA for product and warranty support.
7. Privacy, complaints and changes
Our Privacy policy explains how we handle account, order and enquiry information. For a complaint, email us with your order reference and the issue so we can investigate.
We may update these terms for future use of the website. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or prevents you using the courts or consumer protections available to you.
