Using this website

Customer accounts store your name, verified email, saved delivery addresses and order history in our Hostinger database. Essential cookies keep you signed in. Your cart quantity is saved in this browser’s local storage. Checkout uses a temporary request identifier in session storage to prevent duplicate unpaid orders; delivery addresses are not stored there. Account emails support verification and password recovery. Orders retain their original delivery address and an audit history for support and fulfilment. Payment capture and carrier tracking are not connected yet, so no card details are collected and no details are sent to a carrier through this website.

Administrator access and article images

Authorised administrators use essential sign-in cookies. Administrator account details, sessions and editorial history are stored in our database. These cookies are not advertising cookies. Article images are delivered through Cloudinary, which receives technical requests when those images load.

Contacting us

Our enquiry forms prepare a message in your own email app. The form does not submit your information to a website database. If you choose to send the email, the information you include will be received at hello@myfaya.co.uk so your enquiry can be handled.

Only include information needed for your enquiry. Please do not send payment card details or passwords.
